We are now seeing claims processing successfully. We are continuing to monitor.

Investigating

We are aware that some users are currently seeing failures when attempting to connect to the NHS Scotland servers for both sending claims and retrieving CHI numbers.

Our team is aware of the issue and has contacted PSD for investigation. We are actively working with them and will provide updates as soon as we receive further information.
