Our engineers have identified the cause of intermittent printing issues and have resolved the issue. We are currently monitoring to ensure all is working as expected.

Investigating
We have been made aware that some users are unable to print from Dentally including day lists, letters, treatment plans (estimates) etc. Our team of engineers is urgently investigating this issue.
