We’re currently aware of an issue that is preventing some users from accessing the Templates section within Settings. Our engineering team has identified the cause and is actively working on a fix.

This issue appears to be limited to the Templates area of Settings, and all other areas of Dentally remain fully functional. Your existing templates are safe and have not been affected.

We understand how important our various templates are to your workflow, and resolving this is a priority for us. We’ll deploy a fix as soon as possible.
